No: As long as they are LARP-safe and pass weapons check, you can have any kind of weapon on your person at one of our events. There are no feats required for using bows, large weapons, polearms, etc.
Weapons must be held 1/hand (no multiple swords in one hand, swords and a shield in one hand), and shields carried on the back are treated as an extension of the body in terms of hits.
